corrupt files in sp2 and sp3

ok im trying to install either sp2 or sp3 but when i dl them i get corrupt
files while extracting.. in sp2 its i386\lsasrv.dl_ and in sp3 its
i386\moviemk.ex_.. ive tried dlin them from the update site and through the
update on my computer and manuely dlin them nothing works.. what can i do?
