Corrupt Appointment form

Hi all,
I have a user with Outlook 2003 SP2 Windows XP and everytime he attempts to
create an appointment error message pops up 'the form required to view this
message cannot be displayed contact your administrator'
I have done a repair and then a reinstall, however error message is still
there - any ideas for resolution?

I sorted it - I created a new profile, pointed it to the existing pst file
and now its ok
