I have this sony cdx or crx cdrw drive and it had a program called sony
extreme with it but it didnt work for win2k so i uninstalled it. After
doing so my d: drive was gone and after uninstalling it and
reinstalling it I still see that it says I may have a corrupted
registry. I was wondering if anyone here could help me with the
problem. thanks

You didn't give us any details but you can restore the registry from a
recent backup.
