i am assuming that each CPT code has only one
corresponding CDM code, and that you know what all the
matches are. if so, create a table in your db with two
fields:
tblMatchCDM
MatchCDM
MatchCPT
add the tblMatchCDM table to the report's underlying
query, with a LEFT JOIN link between the data table's CPT
field and MatchCPT. add field MatchCDM to the Select
statement. now the correct CDM code for every record is
available to the report.
