I have a user whose name is spelled wrong. If I remove her and add her back
with the correct spelling will she lose all email, contacts, folder and her
calendar?

Don't remove, just correct the acct properties, User Info, Your Name. (Tools,
Accounts, Change acct.) If you use word, change it there too if
necessary--tools, options, User Info tab.

I have tried from there it is grayed out and will not let me make any changes
