How to correct mistaken answer, installing Outlook

While installing OL2000 (to op sys Win 2000), I mistakenly
checked YES to use Outlook for my e-mail---I meant NO. I
then declined the Conditions. Every time I boot Outlook,
the Conditions box appears over Outlook, and Outlook is
disabled. I decline the conditions; Outlook vanishes.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled Outlook, but the problem
doesn't go away. Regardless of re-installations, the YES
answer is stuck somewhere. Please assist. Thanks.
