No consigo recibir correo y me sale el siguiente error:

El servidor finalizó inesperadamente la conexión. Puede que haya problemas
en el servidor, problemas de red o que haya estado inactivo durante un
período de tiempo largo. Cuenta: 'M.C.', Servidor: 'pop3.telefonica.net',
Protocolo: POP3, Puerto: 110, Seguridad (SSL): No, Error de socket: 10053,
Número de error: 0x800CCC0F

Puede alguien orientarme. Gracias anticipadas
