copyright symbol displays as ?

's Computer Specifications

since changing to new server the copyright symbol and a few others show up as
question marks on the website. I can use © and it displays fine but not
inserting symbols with frontpage. Thanks

Update: this was caused by a default font being specified in Red Hat
httpd.conf file. Changing it fixed the problem
