use in print materials or on the Net or both?

You mean the ones from Office Online? If so, yes, those are available
for use in print materials such as brochures and on your website.

Don't use the clips as part of your logo, don't use them on
"merchandise" (coffeecups, t-shirts, etc.), don't repackage them to sell
as part of another clip collection (or anything else, for that matter
<g>).

(Sorry, I can't find the actual online license language now, but the
above is correct.)
