Copying web page to Word doc.

I'm using FrontPage 2000 to create user interface mock-ups
for programming specifications. Copying a page into a Word
document is slow and then opening the document takes
forever, when there are several pages. I tried using the
pictures tool to make the web black & white, but I can't
make that tool active. I work only in Page view, as I
don't know html. I'd appreciate any help.
