copying user profile xp

when i try to copy a user profile the copy to box is
greyed out and the accounts are listed as unknown (two of
the accounts are domain accounts and one is a local
account). the funny thing is that when i did this
procedure on another xp machine it worked fine, well not
completely fine; i was able to copy the profile over but
could not delete any icons. i know theres other ways to
copy profiles but is there a solution for this way?
