Not really a question but information sharing...

I'm setting up a LOT of new PCs and got tired of making a whole slew of
desktop, themes, taskbar, file view, and etc. settings for one user on a
new machine and then copying them to the Default User folder. Very time
consuming.

So I tried an experiment. From a machine that was setup the way we want
I copied everything from Default User folder to a floppy. The next
machine I started setting up I copied the contents of the floppy to the
Default User folder on it, created a new user - Lo and Behold - IT
WORKED!!! All the settings for the new user are exactly what we want!
YAY! Saves me a LOT of time.

want . Goto to TOOLS, VIEW, and select hidden files. .,
(i.e. log on )goto RUN and enter CONFIG. This will bring
up the folders and settings for that user which can be
copied to any medium you like. Ensure you copy the
folders to the correct folder (c:\windows\system32)on
your other computers.
