Copying street field in AD User account

Hello friends:

To simplify the process of creating users in Windows 2003 Active Directory,
I have created 3 different User accounts and filled out all the fields and
added them to appropriate groups(one for each department). Now, Everytime I
need to create an account for a new hire I simply copy one of these
preconfigured user accounts and be done with it (or at least that is what I
thought). The problem is street name is not copied over, does anyone know
how to copy the street name over to the new accounts?

Regards.

5th bit in searchFlag attribute for schema attribute is controlling if
attribute value is copied when account is duplicated using ADU&C.

install the support tools from your server cd. After the installation
you can use "adsiedit.msc" to edit the schema. Locate in the schema
partition the street attribute and edit in the propertys the searchFlags
attribute. For the searchFlag attribute, set the Value to "16" decimal.
When the attribute is filled with an value then add 16 to this value.
