I often have to move old sent items to a different folder. When I do this,
the sent to part of the message line is changed to sent by. I have to open
the email to determine who it was sent to. How do I keep the sent to part
visable, as it is in my sent items folder in outlook?
please advise.
thanks

Use the Field Chooser to add the To field to the view you're using on that
folder.
