How do you copy a range from one sheet to a new sheet so it looks
exactly the same?

I used to be able to do this using ASAP Utilities, but I can't get it
to work.

I want the range on the new sheet to update in sync with the old
sheet.

Thanks

EXCEL 2007

Go into Sheet 1 and copy the range.

Go into Sheet 2 and click in the cell where you wish to paste the
range.

Home group / click on on the drop down arrow beneath the word Paste /
click on Paste Link

If my comments have helped please rate my posting.

Thanks.

I have a follow up question. I noticed that when I copied the range
it wasn't formatted the way it was on the old page. Is there a way to
copy the range that includes all of the formatting?

Figured it out. I just copied the range again, only this time I used
paste special over the previously copied range and it has all of the
formatting and still updates the way I want.

Thanks for the help
