Most Windows programs can't easily be copied...you most likely will
need to install them from media o the second computer.
To transfer the profile settings you can use USMT (User State
Migration Tool)
Version 2.0 of USMT is included in the VALUEADD\MSFT\USMT of the XP
CD.
Version 2.5 (recommended) can be downloaded as part of the BDD 1.0
Solution framework (or be found on the Windows Server 2003 CD). the
USMT 2.5 binaries are in the deploy.zip file of the BDD 1.0
download...
