Copying PPT Files to CD

I'm using the "Package for CD" utility to get a
presentation copied to disk for PowerPoint 2003 Beta.
This also copies the viewer so you can run the
presentation without having PPT installed.

When I try to run the file from the CD; the animation,
music, links and slide design color are all messed up. I
tried coping them to a folder and then using another CD
burner program for transfer to a CD without avail.

Any ideas?

Which version of PowerPoint 2003 do you have? What is the build number?
