I am unable to copy photos back to camera using copy/paste function. It
appears the camera is write protected (paste function does not highlight).
I've seen it done this way on another computer running XP but the format of
the SD card appeared to be different. Any feedback will be appreciated

First format the card in the camera, note that this will erase all the
pictures on the card.
Select the photos you want to copy.
Look at the menu on the left under Files and Folder tasks and click on Copy
these items.
A window will open. Navigate to find your camera memory card listed as a
drive under Devices with removable storage and click on it.

Be aware that if you used software to edit these photos or you just changed
the file names, some cameras will not be able to read these modified files.

Thanks Yves,

I followed your instructions but struck trouble. As soon as I click on the
camera the copy button fades and prevents the copy.

I also made sure the jpg file I was copying had not been modified.

I will try it with another card when I get my hands on one.

Cheers,

Doogal
