music from my cd player does not copy into "my music".
the status bar at the bottom of the player telle me the
tracks are checked to copy to my music, but nothing
happens. thanks Larry

Does this happen with all your CDs or just some?

It's possible it's a corrupted CD (read CD with copy protection) which can
cause lots of nasty hiccups like this, or even refuse to play at full
quality on a computer.
