Copying Local groups from NT4 Server to W2K Server

I need to migrate a lot of Folders from a NT4 Server to a
W2K Server.

A lot of the permisions on the NT4 Server have been set up
against Local groups on the Server.

I would like to copy all these local Groups to the Win 2K
server.

Is this Possible?

Then I could backup the files on the NT4 Server and
Restore them to the new Server with permisions intact.

Any help or sugestions appreciacated.
