I have just send Xmas e-cards to many contacts from my OL address book. Is
there a way I can print the e-mail to show (remind me) who I have sent cards
to, and copy them all to a new address book call say Xmas card friends?

To include the BCC filed in your printout see;

Instead of making duplicate contacts, I'd recommend to apply categories
instead.
