copying in group members when sending an email from a distibution

Can anyone help, I need t know if it is possible, when sending an email from
a distribution group that it automatically copies in the members of the group

Automatically out of the box? No.

Either look at http://www.outlookcode.com for a code based solution, or get
used to BCC'ing the DL.
