I transferred 3 outlook express identities into my vista windows mail. I now
want to copy or move the folders and messages to a different user on the
computer. Any suggestions.

You can create a new folder in WinMail and open it so there is an empty
message list, and then drag the eml files from Explorer and drop them on top
of the WinMail message list and they will be incorporated into the WinMail
folder. Alternatively you can try File | Import | Messages and choose
WinMail format and then point to the folders, and it might work.

Also my OEX program will let you do this: www.oehelp.com/OEX/
