Hello, all

I have a user that has created several folders on her pc, and wants to save
time and copy them each into outlook 2003. She has xp pro, and we have
exchange server 2003.

I can 't find a way to do this...

Q--does anyone know how to copy a folder into outlook?

Thanks in advance. . .

You can't copy a folder. You can make a folder in Outlook and copy the
contents to it.

Yoiu can't copy a file system folder into Outlook and you really don't want to
store ordinary files in Outlook. Outlook's database is not a file storage
system.
