Copying Files to Second Hard drive

I have a ton of MP3 files that I've copied to a second harddrive for some
sense of having a backup copy.
Is there a way to only copy new or changed files and not have to copy
the entire folder ?? TIA

A simple utility named SyncToy might do the job:

You can use Robocopy or Synctoy.
