copying files over a VPN

Hi All,
I have a win2000 SBS sales people connect to the server
from their XP laptops. They connect to the vpn and then
use remote desktop. This is fine they connect ok and can
do the things they have access to.

Does anyone know how to copy files from their laptops to
the server via the VPN?
