Hi,

Is there a way to copy EXEs files from \Windows directory? While I can
copy EXEs that I create, copying other EXEs (eg. pword.exe, pexcel.exe)
gives me an error "Executable files in ROM can not be copied". I have
tried active sync, File.Copy, RAPI. None of them work.

No. They are not 'real' EXEs, so you can't copy them.

Thanks for the answer.

I have a Windows CE 4.1 device (Symbol MC9000G) that does not come
with Pocket Word. Would I be able to get Pocket Word for these devices?

From Symbol, as part of a new version of the OS. Otherwise, no. No one, so
far as I know, is licensed to distribute bits and pieces of the Windows CE
OS. Depending on what is already on the device, adding Pocket Word could
*very* easily bump them from a normal license to a Professional license,
costing them more for every unit.
