I need to send an email using an email distribution list that is in an Excel
file. The probelm is that I cannot cut and paste the entire distribution
list from Excel to the email I want to send. I have to copy email address
one by one from Excel to the email I want to send.

Is there some way to copy an entire distribtuion list from Excel?

Since you have a perfectly good data source for a mail merge, why not do
that?
