Can anyone advise how to copy all of the e-mails from one PC which has
Outlook Express V.6 to another PC which has Windows Vista Mail?

Create a folder on Vista machine.
Copy ALL the dbx files from the machine with OE6 on it to the folder you
created on the Vista machine.
File | Import | Messages | Microsoft Outlook Express 6
press Next
press Browse
navigate to the folder you copied the dbx files to.
Select it.
in the Filename line, remove it (yes I said rmove it it's another in the
long line of bugs not fixed)
press Open button
finish up the import.

do you have the Folders.dbx file?

When importing did you pay attention to remove the folder name from the
Filename line on the Open dialog then select Open?

Again, do you have a Folders.dbx file?

Not a folder with dbx files, but a FOLDERS.DBX file.
