Copying data from a pivot table

I've got a pivot table which produces similar output to this:

The formatting looks screwed up but essentially what I'm trying to
portray here is a pivot table covering the period April 2006 to
October 2008 with production data from three different workers.

Each of these columns need to be copied into different spreadsheets
for working out how much each worker needs to be paid.

Manually I would use the mouse, highlight the first column from July
2007 to October 2008, copy, then go to the pay sheet, put the cursor
on July 2007 and paste special/values.

Then I'd highlight the second column from September 2006, copy then
paste into the pay sheet at the insert point Sept 2006.

Then I'd do the same for the third column, starting at April 2006.

I'm just not sure how to go about selecting those ranges in a pivot
table like this.
