I wonder if someone more experienced with Outlook can help me with this.

I have Outlook 2002 on my laptop and on my desktop machine. I enter calender
appointments in either at various times. How do I copy the appointments from
the laptop copy to the desktop and vice versa. Ideally, I don't want to
overwrite the whole data file from one with those of the other. Rather, I
want to export appointments from one and import them into the other.

Many thanks!

Thanks, Jocelyn. That link had enough information for me to do am "import".
Not quite synchronization, but better than where I was.
