Copying and Pasting from Word 2003 to Outlook 2003

's Computer Specifications

We have a user attempting to copy and paste from Word 2003. The text in
Word 2003 has tabs set in them. When they copy and paste into Outlook
2003 message, the tabs are somehow removed. This is only happening to
a couple of users. Any ideas?

Check the mail format of those users and check if they use word as editor ..
