Copy worksheet from one file to another

's Computer Specifications

In MS Access I have command button where I do run module to load data to
excel file “File1.xls” and worksheet “Month”.
The next I need to add a code to copy or move the worksheet “Month” from
‘File1.xls’ to “File1.xls”.
Please help me.
