copy without changing date modified?

Is there a utility program with a GUI interface that runs on
XP SP2 that will copy a folder from one hard drive to
another without changing the date/time modified and the
date/time created? Windows explorer copies a file without
changing the date/time; all I want is for it to copy a
folder without changing date/time.
