copy Windows XP from PC laptop to MB Pro

How can I download Windows XP to my MB Pro in order to run VM Fusion2?
Windows XP was installed on a Compaq Evo N150 I bought in 2001 & I bought a
XP Professional upgrade in 2004. I have all documentation to verify
authenticity. I'm trying to avoid having to buy & pay for windows XP again.
Can I do this?
