Okay, thank you for this answer I think it is a start to my problem, so how
do I insert images/changes into the web page without it being in the shared
border area of the page. Can I change each web page and have the same
cell/template that I created for page 1, then apply different images for page
2 and 3.

You remove the shared borders from the site and use the FP Include Page Component shared content
between pages and then just insert your text and images on your page, suggest you tables to
structure your page layout.

I need a little more instruction. The shared content must be my background
picture I'm using, does that make sense? Could I copy the background picture
somehow and rename it then use it for my other pages with different inserted
images. I guess I'm a litttle confused what you mean by using the FP include
page component shared content. Thanks for you time.

Background images can not be shared between pages as such, they must be applied to each page
directly or via CSS or a server-side script.
