I copied my web folder from one folder into another. When I published the
newly copied web, everything looks fine. But I still wonder if this is the
correct way to make a copy of a web because I need to copy the web folder to
another computer. Thanks.

It all depends on what sort of "web folder" you're talking about, and what
version of FrontPage you're talking about.

Best practice is to always use the Publish command (i.e. Remove Site View)
for copying a Site from place to place.

I am using FrontPage 2003. The web folder is the folder of the root web.

Thank you for your suggestion. In the case that I need to copy a web from one
PC to another and the two PCs are not connected, can I publish the web to a
USB and then publish the web from the USB to another PC? Or I just need to
copy from USB to another PC?

What I meant was, is this a disk-based web or a server-based web? In any
case, follow Jim's advice.

Thanks. I posted another question there. Is the following method correct?

In the case that I need to copy a web from one
PC to another and the two PCs are not connected, can I publish the web to a
USB and then publish the web from the USB to another PC? Or I just need to
copy from USB to another PC?

USB = Universal Serial Bus. I'ts not a file location. but if you mean copy
it to another drive (such as a thumb drive), yes. Publish to "USB" and then
publish from "USB" to final location. To be safe.

For copying a disc based web to another machine you can just copy the FP web folder to your USB drive and from there to your other
PC
