I have a VCD disk which has recorded several Vietnamese recipes on the TV.
The file format is '.VCD'. I would like to make a copy of this VCD for my
sister. I tried to copy this VCD into a CD-RW using Nero Copy CD, but could
not play back because the unrecognized format. Do I need the DVD disk
instead of CD-RW? Someone suggests I should use the Roxio version instead of
Nero. Thank you very much for the instruction how to make a copy of this VCD.

The problem is likely with the media. Making a copy to a CDRW usually
results in it not being able to be read except on the drive (burner)
that made the copy. Try copying it again, only this time use a CDR or
DVD+R.
