I'm trying to convert a huge list to all capitals. if I use the Upper
formula, how can I copy the text after it's converted and move it to a new
spreadsheet? If I move it now, it copies the formula. I want to be able to
copy the text after it's converted only. Any Ideas? Thanks in advance.

hi
after coping the upper formula, select where you want to paste.
on the menu bar, edit>pastespecial>values>ok
this will convert the formula into hard data.
