Copy Spanned Drive to new Single Drive?

Way back when we decided to get more space and span two drives. Now that
size isn't an issue we want to do a disk copy from the 2 Spanned Drives to
one new drive...

Any Ideas on the best way to do this? We have ghost, though not sure how
that would work with spanned drives.
