Copy on server

's Computer Specifications

Running outlook 2007 on a pop 3 email server.
Why is the option to leave a copy on the server grayed out?

Hard to say without any details. Could be greyed out because of a corparate
policy or because of a mail profile corruption or... I could go on like this
for a little while...
