Try "ctrl" "V" to paste

I have a program called SnagIt (v8) which takes snapshots of any
screen using one hit on the "printscreen" button. It also does "scroll-
down" shots. But this may not be to your specific requirements,
bangsy.

Hello,

Perhaps you are not hitting the key correctly - is there a Fn key that you
have to press to activate the key?

A workaround that might work is to use the on-screen keyboard -
Start > Programs > Accessibility > On-Screen Keyboard > click PSC

Another workaround is to use of the many free screen capture software out
there
