Perhaps you are not hitting the key correctly - is there a Fn key that you
have to press to activate the key?
A workaround that might work is to use the on-screen keyboard -
Start > Programs > Accessibility > On-Screen Keyboard > click PSC
Another workaround is to use of the many free screen capture software out
there
