My company just installed a Windows 2000 server. It's the first and only server. What's the best way to copy a profile so when a user logs into the domain, all his programs and desktop settings are like when he logs into his local computer?

Log on as an administrator and right click My Computer/properties to bring
up system properties and then go to user profiles. There you can select a
profile to copy to another profile and be sure to select the correct user to
give rights to the profile when you go to copy. --- Steve
