Is it possible to setup an account and copy all the
setting into all users so that anyone that logs into the
machine will see the same setup such as start menu,
desktop..etc?

Thanks!

what you would do is setup an account and copy it into the default user
profile. not all users. this is a hidden folder, so you will have to un hide
it

I tried that and it did not work. I copied all files
from the Documents & Settings folder into the default
user folder. Logged in as a new user on the domain and
it didn't have any changes to the start menu or the
desktop. Any other ideas?

It sounds like you used the incorrect method to accomplish
this...
Try right clicking on my computer.. Properties...
Advanced... User Profiles - Settings... Your profiles
should show up here.. Click on the one that you want new
users to have.. and press the copy to button.. then in the
new window browse to c:\documents & Settings\default user
and click ok.. This will copy the profile that you
established - into the default profile that all new users
will get when they log in.. I also follow up with deleting
the origional profile that I created for this project

good luck
