Am told by my email provider (charter) that i can not copy paste when
composing due to my browser. Also when i access another site and want to
forward an email it always goes to default of outlook and tried to send
through my previous internet provider(sbc). Please help???

In order to help you, though, I'd need a bit more information, such as:

-What Operating system are you using?
- What browser are you using?
- What email client do you usually use if it's not Outlook?
- Does copy/paste work as expected in other applications and/or situations?

If you are using a web-based client from Charter, you should check with them
to see how to configure Outlook for their service. This is likely to be
possible, I'd think .
