Thanks for the quick reply! To answer: only part of the message text is
selected. I have experimented with one word, one pararaph...same result. When
pasted, it comes in as the envelope icon. Sometimes when pasting, NOTHING
comes in! "Paste" is grayed out, and I am positive that I have copied. FYI, I
am the IT person in my org, and when I starting getting reports of this, I
went down and watched the process and then tried it myself. This has been
going on sporadically for over a year, and I can find nothing about it on the
web.
I am fairly sure that this may have something to do with clipboard
corruption, based on other things I've seen. I have deselected Word as the
editor option, set the mail format to HTML...nothing seems to solve the
problem for any length of time. 'Tis a puzzler...
