Can I copy my Outlook Express 6 Address Book from my old computer to MS
Office Outlook 2007 in my new computer? I was using Windows ME in my old
computer and now I'm using Vista Business.

No, the equivalent of Outlook Express on Windows Vista is Windows Mail. You
first need to configure Windows Mail with your OE address book and then
choose Export from within Windows Mail.
