How do I copy the content of an Outlook content to e.g. Word? I know I can
forward as a vcard but I often want to simply copy name, title, address etc.
for e.g. a letter or an email.

Is there another way to do that rather than copying each field separately --
which is what I do not?

(I'm referring to Outlook 2003)

Just highlight the contact and click on Actions-New Letter to Contact

Asking a question?
Please tell us the version of the application you are asking about,
your OS, Service Pack level
and the FULL contents of any error message(s)

Thank you. This however only copies name and address, not phone numbers and
email (and is a bit clunky, I think...). Is there no other way?

To learn about ways to control how an Address is inserted into Word from
Outlook, take a look here:
Word 2000/2002:
