From the computer manufacturer is your only source.
They only had to provide a recovery method.
In this case the recovery method is likely a hidden partition on the
drive.
Microsoft can not do anything for OEM.
You could use an application such as Norton Ghost to copy the entire
hard drive.
I would contact the manufacturer and see if you can get the CD.
