Copy Only Text and Hyperlinks to Word

Frequently, I want to copy a block of text on a web page to Word. It's
easy to capture only the text, without any scripts, graphics, html, etc.

But is it possible to copy the text /and/ all the hyperlinks contained
in the text (and nothing else)?

Ideally, I would be able to paste the text and hyperlinks only into my
Word document, and the hyperlinks would be CTRL+click-able. Is it possible?

(I have Word 2010.)
